Sunday School Memory Treasures

Ascension Lutheran’s Sunday school teaches children Bible stories in a fun and interesting way. The Sunday school includes music, memory treasures, stories and great activities. During the 2009/2010 school year the following Bible stories will be covered.

Most lessons last three weeks, with each week focusing on a different element of the story. In addition, each week includes a different activity which may include arts/crafts, drama, games or other fun actifities, each designed to reinforce the lesson for the day.
An age-appropriate Sunday school is available for children 3 years through Kindergarten. Sixth graders study Bible history through Bible stories in preparation for Catechism class which begins in 7th grade.
